Refund Policy
Dermabeards offers a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and unworn
- With original tags
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase

Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personal care & beauty products
- Perishable goods
- Custom or personalized items
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a new item is to return the current product. Once your return is approved, place a new order.
European Union – 14 Day Cooling Off
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days. Items must be unused, with tags and original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: up to 10 business days
- Bank processing may take additional time
